This Privacy Policy describes how Alopay Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors and customers of the Oz product at getoz.ai. Oz is an agentic marketing platform operated by Alopay Inc.

Data we collect

During the closed beta we collect only what is needed to run the service: your email, company domain, any site or analytics data you explicitly connect (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, your CMS, and similar), and interaction logs generated while using Oz. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use it

We use your data to provision your account, authenticate you, run the agents you build on your own data, send operational emails, and improve the product. Aggregated and de-identified metrics are used for product analytics and service health monitoring.

Data Protection and Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect sensitive user data and Google user data.

These protections include:

• Encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Encryption at rest for stored credentials and OAuth tokens
• Restricted internal access controls
• Secure cloud infrastructure and authentication systems
• Regular monitoring and security reviews

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely and are only used to provide user-requested functionality within the platform.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising purposes.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for session state and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on getoz.ai.

Your rights

You can request export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@getoz.ai. Requests are processed within 30 days. If you are a resident of the EU, UK, or California, applicable data protection law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA / CPRA) grants you additional rights which we honor.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. On termination, account data is deleted within 90 days unless a longer retention is required by law or for legitimate audit purposes.
